• Theatre introduces the fundamentals of acting as a process, a craft and a discipline with basic techniques to advanced levels. Students develop an understanding of acting skills and theatre, learning stage direction and it’s terminology. Through the learning process, students are taught to heighten powers of observation, focus, and creative invention through exercises in voice, movement, theatre games, and improvisation. Students get to work with classic and contemporary texts and monologues. All of this require a high degree of participation and willingness to engage in structured activities. In this programme, students will experience the process of rehearsals and performance. This opportunity to perform will provide them the much needed experience in Theatre.
