SYNOPSIS: CPAC’s Alice’s Wonderland is an original musical based on Lewis Carroll’s novels Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Alice Through The Looking Glass. This story is a contemporary adaptation which begins with Alice entering a magical world through a mirror. She follows the White Rabbit into Wonderland where she meets the strange twins Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, an eccentric Caterpillar, the grinning Cheshire Cat and the crazy Mad Hatta. When her majesty of rock, the Queen of Hearts learns of Alice’s arrival, she is immediately threatened. She, with her trusty Red Knight, plots Alice’s demise in a treacherous plan, using the deadly, Jabberwocky creature. But Alice finds hope when she encounters the White Queen who enlightens Alice of the ancient prophecy that will save Wonderland.

Alice debuted in May 2017 at Cempaka Schools’ North Hall Theater, enjoying eight sold out shows with critically acclaimed reviews and being awarded by the Malaysian book of records for the first school to stage an original musical at a professional level.
